If We Could Remember (for the film "The Sum of All Fears") Jerry Goldsmith, Yolanda Adams Lyrics: Remember If we could remember The moment of our birth We give our voice to songs and whispers And no what life is worth Remember, remember Suddenly there s beauty In peace there s all the past And sorrow clings to angry questions The days of dust at last And morning holds us When worlds come down a...

Richard Wagner - Parsifal - Act One

Philip Smith on Richard Wagner Parsifal
Просмотров 16 тыс.13 лет назад
Classical trumpet player Philip Smith talks about Parsifal Prelude. Parsifal is an opera in three acts by Richard Wagner. It is loosely based on Wolfram von Eschenbach's Parzival, the 13th century epic poem of the Arthurian knight Parzival (Percival) and his quest for the Holy Grail, and on Chrétien de Troyes' Perceval, the Story of the Grail. Wagner first conceived the work in April 1857 but i...

Symphony of Sorrowful Songs - Henryk Górecki - 3st movement
This to me sounds like a story about life. I want to have this played at my funeral.
Only one other voice comes close - Karen Carpenter. Amazing song, singer . . .

Came backtracking from Deadmau5's remix of Hybrid's 'Finished Symphony' to Hybrid's original version to this! Music can put you on an incredible journey - and it all happens in your ears/head 😮❤
Never heard this extended version. Its amazing.
A masterpiece indeed...Godzilla -1.0
This song sounds, as I imagine it was meant to, like a haunting requiem after a nuclear war.
Oscar song!❤👏🏻 Goose bumps
Seriously, in my book, this is right up there with the most beautiful songs ever written, and nobody could have delivered it the way that Ms. Adams does. I am truly just blown away … 😍🌹 I’ll be checking out more of her music. 💞 Thank you for posting!
This is my favorite symphony. It has so much emotion and power. I would like to hear it live someday.
Wonderful, beautiful voice/ song
Amazing composition and performance. Miss Adams voice is incredible. She has very impressive range and power and elegance
It breaks my heart that this is not on Spotify, I’ve been searching for it for so long 😢
Poland should know better starting a war with Russia.
Too bad the United States did not continue this research for next gen hypersonic craft.
Were the film strips of the aircrafts an original of the actual flying wings?
A wonder weapon that was untouchable whilst it was under power but once the fuel was exhausted it was a sitting duck for allied fighters gliding back to base and especially in the landing phase when it came to a halt on an open airfield and could not even taxi to a place of relative safety.
Long LIFE TO THE IAF 👏👏🎵🎷🎶 The Almighty with you always and our prays are you always too 🎵🎶🎷👏👏🤗 Cheers guys from Lake Titicaca Tawantinsuyo

This is a good trip
Congratulation for brother ! This are love the one life !
They loved what they did
Shhhhhhh,just feel it,
A very exciting, memorable moment.
There never was a Horten Ho 229, the Hortens made gliders and nothing more.
+Barrie Rodliffe But they do deserve credit for the two hours of test flying under jet power on their V2 flying wing in Feb. 1945. That's all they got before a fatal crash. (Although the British interrogation notes say that they might have flown four hours instead of two. )
Gotha deserves the credit for getting an experimental plane to fly, the Hortens never got past gliders. The Ho 229 was on paper only.
+Barrie Rodliffe My understanding was that rather than the Hortens gluing the V1 back together after it crashed, it was given to Gotha engineers. Meanwhile, the Hortens completed the V2 and had a few test flights with jet power before it crashed. Then Gotha started on the larger V3 that was captured incomplete at the Gotha factory and survives today. The British tried to go back and find and recover the V1 and the V2 but they had been destroyed, along with the parts for the V4-V6 in the Gotha workshop. (There is a photo of the V1 wreck.)
the unpowered V 1 was the Hortens, they stared the V 2 but it was completed and flown by Gotha, then Gotha started work on the V 3. which was not finished and had no engines. The Hortens were not even there when the V 2 flew
+Barrie Rodliffe Here is the Gotha workshop. It looks like the V3 has engines, but hard to tell if they were functional or just static engines for fitting. www.indianamilitary.org/FreemanAAF/Aircraft%20-%20German/FE%200490-HO229V3/0490Ac-2.JPG A rear view of the V3 showing the engine installation: www.indianamilitary.org/FreemanAAF/Aircraft%20-%20German/FE%200490-HO229V3/0490V-2.JPG The V4 frame also already had engines installed. www.indianamilitary.org/FreemanAAF/Aircraft%20-%20German/FE%200490-HO229V3/0490AH-2.JPG Looking at the wooden frames on them and remembering that Gotha was a furniture maker, it just looks like they built a flying piano.
很酷。

I'm really ashamed that I didn't hear about this song sooner and that it took me a videogame trailer for me to find this. It's beautiful, but it's also haunting, and really captures the sorrowful aspect that the title points out.
Wow! Tristan and Parsifal reminded me!
Raymond Reddington brought me here ;)
How so Channing?
perfect score
RIP Henryk Also Harley and Joker scene was so beautiful with this in the background
...and again! The V3 was only a 1:1 Mock up! Not Airworthy at All! Unfortunately...
Nos plus grandes douleurs ont accouché de nos plus belles musiques à nous êtres humains . Maudits soyons nous tous autant que nous sommes d avoir souiller ainsi le don qui nous a été fait . Plus jamais cela ....plus jamais .
This reminds me of some of my characters in a story I'm writing.
Shush now
?
Haunting beautiful is what comes to mind. I first heard a segment of this piece while watching the movie "Fearless", and had to have it. I ended up buying the the Fearless film score CD. I now have over twenty six minutes of this astounding meditative work. I never tire of listening to it. By the way, the lead actor In Fearless was Jeff Bridges. I truly feel that he was robbed of an academy award for his over the top, brilliant performance. A great movie for those who haven't seen it. What more can I say.
+James LochardI agree, it IS hauntingy beautiful.
Υπέροχο !!!! (Sublime !!!! )
4:06 gives me chills every time.
